Nasıl talep edilir?

1. Hesabında kayıtlı e-posta adresinden [email protected] adresine e-posta gönder.
2. Konu: Hesap silme talebi. İçerik: MYRABT kullanıcı adın.
3. Hesabın sana ait olduğunu doğrulamak için yanıt isteyebiliriz.
4. Talebin en geç 30 gün içinde tamamlanır ve e-postayla bildirilir.

Silinen veriler

• Hesap (kullanıcı adı, e-posta, telefon, şifre özeti)
• Cihaz ve eşleşme kayıtları, aktarım sayaçları
• Profil fotoğrafı

Silinmeyen / bizde olmayan veriler

• Dosyaların zaten sunucumuzda bulunmaz; kendi cihazlarında ve eşitlediğin cihazlarda kalır. Uygulamayı kaldırdığında cihazdaki uygulama verileri silinir; eşitlediğin kopyalar o cihazlarda senin kontrolündedir.
• Yasal yükümlülük gerektiren kayıtlar (ör. sözleşme onay kaydı) yalnızca kanunun öngördüğü süre boyunca saklanabilir.

How to request

1. Send an e-mail from the address registered to your account to [email protected].
2. Subject: Account deletion request. Body: your MYRABT username.
3. We may reply to verify that the account is yours.
4. The request is completed within 30 days and confirmed by e-mail.

Data that is deleted

• Account (username, e-mail, phone number, password hash)
• Device and pairing records, transfer counters
• Profile photo

Data that is not deleted / not held by us

• Your files are never on our server; they stay on your devices and the devices you synced with. Uninstalling the app removes its data from that device; copies you synced remain under your control on those devices.
• Records required by law (e.g. the agreement acceptance record) may be kept only for the legally required period.
